Our hotel management consulting process is simple, yet effective. We evaluate, review, and study the necessary business information that clients provide us. Afterwards, we use our industry knowledge and experience to advise and assist in the implementation of new procedures and policies that seek to boost their hotel’s overall performance. Off-Site but Not Out of Mind

Another pair of eyes review all documents, from guests reviews and inventory orders to employee evaluations. This is done from our office, and its rate starts at $1,249.

On-Site Review

This includes the document review mentioned above. A consultant visits your location and does a thorough review of the asset and its condition as well as the actions and work ethic of the staff. The rate of the review starts at $2,499 (based on the number of keys) plus travel (based on your location) and a room for the duration of the visit. 

Comprehensive Examination

We arrive at your location anonymously and review the actions of the staff, management, and vendors. Our consultant observes how the guests are treated for a minimum of 2 days (based on the number of keys). Then, we complete the same process mentioned above after being introduced to management or having management alerted to our visit.

The rate of the examination starts at $4,499 (based on the number of keys) plus travel, out-of-pocket room costs (based on your location), and a room for the duration of the visit.

Undercover Assessment

We add an inside opinion by having a consultant hired for a week. The consultant will see how the staff and management perform in the areas a guest cannot see. This allows no hidden actions the staff tends to do when guests or consultants are watching. The rate of this service is $500 (plus room costs at a local hotel for the period of undercover employment).
